"Wonderfully vintage"

All we love in a B&B , warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable. Loved the vintage decor, the antithesis of the current fashion of bland, grey minimalist decor. We didn't realise that the breakfast room would continue the theme. Loved the china, the double-layer tablecloths, mismatched but upholstered chairs and they had my bedroom wallpaper! Just loved it. Hugh is a great host and has a good team.

Only slight issue was the shower door. My husband has a large tum and he struggled to get through the door with it's hinges set several inches into the opening rather than being on the side.

Hugh is a fantastic host he recommended pub as we arrived tea time friday hungry after our drive, room was clean and spacious, most comfortable bed, the addition to the farm is the animals 😀 Hugh let us feed the alpacas Roxy the greedy one lol. She's the boss. Breakfast was amazing best I've had in ages and very plentiful with fresh homemade bread. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe a biscuit 🤔 in the room for the tea.

Location excellent, Breakfast exceptionall (bread freshly baked on site,l fresh eggs from resident chickens Easy access and parkingl Hugh was an excellent host. Really enjoyed stay, Hope to stay there next year again..
