Rural location, friendly owner/cook, delicious cooked breakfast with home made bread, room straight onto little farm courtyard hence the carpets weren't pristine. Everything great

THE BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY ESPECIALLY THE HOMEMADE BREAD AND JAMS.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER IF THERE WERE DRAWERS OR A WARDROBE TO PUT YOUR CLOTHES, AS WE WERE THERE FOR THREE NIGHTS, IT WAS NOT VERY CONVENIENT.

"Wonderful Lincolnshire stay"

Such a lovely little rural escape. Cosy little individual guest rooms, very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! I loved opening my door in the morning and being greeted by friendly sheep, chickens and alpacas! Will definitely stay again if in the area and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Lincolnshire 🤩

"Two night stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside"

Breakfast was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of hot water, good bedding and comfortable bed. Heating was good too. The owner, Hugh, and Gemma the Assistant, were very kind and helpful. Would definitely not hesitate to come back in the future.

Liked everything. Nothing to dislike in such a quiet and peaceful area.

"Just lovely!"

Our second visit to Brampton Dales Farm. Somewhere to stay that isn’t run of the mill in a peaceful location. Comfortable, clean room with a lovely view (Sun Rise). Hugh is friendly and nothing is too much trouble - he cooks a great breakfast too. We had a lovely time!

"A peaceful, countryside farm stay that was perfect for our needs."

The location for us was perfect. The owners were charming & very friendly. The accommodation was clean & a lovely 'cottage core' style. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice available. There is a pub serving good quality food just a short drive away.
