Staff is excellent. Bella and Sabrina went out of their of their to get us reservations. Breakfast was good--except some of my boiled eggs were frozen.

Poor shower access. We needed a step in/roll in shower. And the beds are too high to get in comfortably. We couldn't shut out light from outside our window.

"We had a great stay"

The room was clean and comfortable and fit our guests well. Breakfast was great and we loved the set up as there was plenty of room. Navigating the hotel was easy and elevators were roomy.

I personally didn't care for the frosted glass bathroom door.
