The room was not clean, dead mosquito on the bed sheet. No hot water in the bathroom. When we mentioned to the lady , she said you are a third party booking and she can’t do anything about it. We are touring Texas and all the other hotels have been great. We had to pay 7 dollers for parking too. She said she will take it off( nothing done yet)

The room was nice and had space we needed.

The breakfast was a little lacking. Eggs and meat were cold. Also the pillows were horrible. My neck was hurting by morning. My 5 year old even mentioned the pillow was “flat and not even there for his head.”

The location was perfect along with the parking.

The staff member who helped me wasn't able to pull up my reservation and plus my original room I requested wasn't available even though I arrived on time for my check-in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
