"Very good neighbourhood"

Had a comfortable stay in this top floor, spotless, corner apartment in a well maintained block. Well functioning aircon, nicely renovated bathroom and neat well set up kitchen. Easy to find being on the same side of street as Cattedrale di Francesco d'Assisi church, two small blocks from Pam supermarket (which is opposite church) and a few blocks from Mercato Markets. Enjoyed this vibrant summer portside town with good shops and restaurants. Ivan, our helpful host recommend restaurants. Appreciated the welcome pack of goodies.

Nothing. You can easily have a longer stay here instead of the struggling in crowded Rome. Your luggage needs to be light enough to be carried up 15 steps from lift on 7th floor to 8th.

"I couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Civitavechia."

Absolutely everything! The property was immaculately cleaned. Anything you need is in the place. The host was so kind and helpful. The view is gorgeous. The property is on the highest floor, so if you’re looking for a good workout, the stairs are fun to take. But, there is also a very convenient and quick lift to take you up or down along with your luggage. I am in love with this place and would return!! I highly recommend this place.

The property was fantastic and a great neighborhood with everything all around. The host was amazing and so accommodating that it was incredible. The host was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was welcome and accommodating from the beginning to the end. The breakfast was fine, especially the coffee and Ivan's special touch: the bottles of Peroni beer in the fridge when we arrived were a delightful surprise.

The elevator only goes up to the 7th floor, while the apartment is located on the 8th floor. This means there are about 15 steps to climb, which can be challenging for older adults like us, especially when carrying luggage.
