Perfect for my one night stay before leaving on a cruise. Location was very close to the shuttle bus for the ship terminal. Owner/host pleasant and accommodating.

Host was fabulous; picked us up from FCO airport. Good amount of space. Lovely little balcony. Clean bathroom with nice amenities. Little extra touches in kitchen of coffee, water and snacks.

The couch was not the most comfortable, but this was minor. The elevator is very small (but at least there was one) and there is a short flight of rounded stairs to navigate with luggage to the upper floor.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate, quiet and ideally located. Although we had not expected breakfast with the apartment, the host, Ivan, supplied all we needed. He also picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment where he showed us all the amenities. When we visit Civitavecchia again we shall certainly stay at this apartment.

It was a great location with a rooftop view of Civitavecchia and the sea. The property was very clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The host was warm and welcoming and provided excellent snacks and beverages. It was only a 5” walk to the cruise shuttle bus terminal. Just an amazing property!
