Arricría Room Suite

The property is located centrally and close to everything we needed to see. It is on the main road but quiet enough at night so we’re able to sleep. There are 2 rooms and housed the 4 of us comfortably. There is an elevator which was handy to take the luggages up and down.. Very clean and well stocked with refreshments, water, coffee, tea and snacks. The host (Geatano) is friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He has a big map of Palermo on the wall on the entryway/reception and gave us an overview of the city. He also suggested amazing restaurants.

Centrally located, clean, and safe in historical building. The host was amazing and provide great information on where to visit and great restaurant. The common are is equipped with coffee, tea, milk and juice. There is an expresso machine and tea kettle. Nice couch and kitchen table with 6 chairs. The bedroom are spacious with in suite bathrooms. Worth every penny

The pictures reflect the reality of the property. Everything is thought for. Even though via Roma is a busy street, the insolation is as good as it can be and prevents majority of noises. There is a metal blind that if put down, provides a dark calm room. Breakfast is in a café, 1min walk, many nice options (benefit compared to when property provides a few) Mattresses and pillows are far better than most you find elsewhere. The host, Gaetano and his father, are both kind and generous. The room is beautiful and special, not a cliché like a typical boring hotel room. Also the view and balcony are great. In conclusion, I'd say if someone said something negative in here, it's more likely them not the room.

First of all, it's a fantastic location. 2nd floor room on Via Roma in short walking distance to all the main spots. Room was big and airy with AC. Great shower. Lovely balcony to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine, and view the entertaining traffic below. Clean, comfy modern room with shared breakfast area attached. It just had those little things that make the difference, proper wine glasses not goblets, baby wipes, USB sockets etc. Well stocked breakfast area for snacks/coffee plus voucher for local cafe for full breakfast. Our host Gaetano was excellent. He loves Palermo and tries his best to make sure you do also. Organised our transfers and gave a great little history & geography lesson when we arrived. Highly recommend.

The host was kind enough to pick us with our TONS of luggage in his own car because we were staying at a nearby hotel. He was thorough and cared for all our needs and also helped us with directions and bus routes. Also the property even had first aid kits, lots of snacks and even personal hygiene items all inclusive.

The property listing does not specify that the washing machine was not available for self use….it is a charged service. Cleaning is supposed to be done in the morning and if you were occupying the room during those hours the room isn’t cleaned that day.
