Arricría Room Suite

Lovely hosts who provided us with lots of information regarding Palermo, as it was our first visit. Very nice big and clean room with a balcony and air con.

The breakfast situation wasn’t great. Whilst it’s advertised as a B&B you have to take a token to a nearby cafe for breakfast, and the service wasn’t very good at all. On one occasion we almost left having waited over 30 minutes to order a drink. We decided not to go back on our last day which is a shame because we couldn’t fault the accommodation itself.

Very well positioned, 20 min away from Centrale, but with options for public transport, 5 min from the historical center and the well known mercatos. And quite close to the new center, Politeama, etc.

Quite noisy because of some workings in the building, probably just temporary, but unpleasant enough situation.

There was a room for you to make a coffee and a little snack if you wanted which was great and then given a voucher to a nearby restaurant for your breakfast.

The apartment is very good, renovated and with great new equipments. Excellent location, including for the airport bus and public bus. Very friendly staff with good tips about the city.

Very central and easy to walk to all the markets.

Very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Great location and the host gave us heaps of information about things to see and places to eat nearby

Very minor but there was no blind on the feature window that divides the 2 rooms so if the light was on in the communal area it would light up the room. We felt bad leaving early as we probably woke them up too.

Nothing at all !

Although there were snacks, coffee and juice available at the property, a voucher is given for a nearby restaurant for a typical Sicilian breakfast. A choice of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee and a good range of sweet and savory breads and pastry. One drink and two sweet or savory items, or two drinks and one savory or sweet pastry. We even tried the typical breakfast of brioche and granita once. Friendly staff at the restaurant. We were able to get some laundry done for Euros 5, and Gaetano's mother ironed it as well! On the morning we were checking out, I was unwell. Gaetano also asked if there was any medicine I needed as they may have it. So kind, nothing too much trouble. A great stay in a convenient location. Thank you!
