Panoramic Spa Hotel

Чисто, уютно. Удобная кровать. Халаты в наличии. Хорошо провели время. Даже фильм посмотрели в кинотеатре. Особо пойти за пределами некуда, сидели на балконе, любовались горами.

Acceptable food variation, view was technically the only good thing there.

Loud music, 3 sad songs played on loop, expensive for its return of service, no proper room service for 3 days.

The majority of the staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and clean. I liked the fact that the hotel was a little further out from town.

Hmmm 🤔 what i didn't like. Less start with the small things. Parking is a little rubbish as you have to use the parking for the apartment building next door. In the room they have a coffee pod machine, but don't supply any pods. Now for the biggie. I booked a deluxe room (double bed) with a swimming pool view. When I arrived the gentleman behind the reception gave me a twin room and the view of the main road (opposite side and a cheaper room). I soon raised the issue with reception who advised me, that it must have been Booking.com (it may have been, but it soon became a very common theme and excuse). I got given the room I'd originally asked for. As soon as it got sorted, I said to the receptionist jokingly 'I hope i don't get charged extra'. Well low and behold when I come to leave i receive the bill. The bill turns out to be twice the qouted price on Booking.com. when I challenge the price with the receptionist he states it must be the exchange rate difference haha 😄 😂 (what a difference of £150!!) What an absolute joke. Suffice to say I refused to pay any extra than Booking.com had qouted. This hotel clearly struggles to get the busy so they've ended up trying to fiddle the tourists. So be warned and be aware.

Очень понравилось место отель и персонал. Очень вкусный завтрак. Лучше брать номер с видом как сделал я.

직원들은 너무 친절했고, 전반적인 시설이 정말 좋았습니다. 사실 초르박 여행이 처음이라 어느 숙소를 가야하나 정말 고민이 많았습니다. 그러다 이 호텔을 추천받아 반신반의하며 가게 되었는데, 정말 잘한 선택이었습니다. 초르박의 대표 풍경지와는 거리가 있지만 온전히 호텔을 즐기기를 원한다면 이 호텔을 정말 추천합니다 :) 특별히 저희의 요청 사항을 반영하여 숙소도 업그레이드 해주셨는데, 정말 너무나 감사합니다^^ 수영장, 찜질방, 씨네마 다 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 그곳에서 소중한 우즈벡 친구를 만들었습니다. 좋은 추억을 만들어주셔서 대단히 감사합니다❤️ * 저는 한국인입니다 :)

음식의 맛과 품질이 좀더 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다.
