Sehr freundlicher Empfang und saubere Zimmer Trotz Nebensaison war der Wellnessbereich voll in Betrieb Frühstück umfangreich und sehr gut Wenige Gäste ausser uns Bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten dadurch einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge Guter Parkplatz

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf die Hügel. Total sauber, geräumig und die Betten waren bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ruhige Lage des Hotels.

Das Frühstück war nicht ganz so toll.

Уютный чистый отель. Просторный номер с балконом и видом на горы. В номере эл.чайник с заварочным чайником и капсульная кофемашина. В шаговой доступности нет ресторанов, поэтому ресторан в отеле выручал. Вкусно, по цене умеренно.

Частный кинотеатр, вкусный завтрак, отличный вид из номера на горы.

Fairly new and clean building with nice rooms. The breakfast was good with many options. If you are facing away from the street you should have a decent view of the distant mountains. Staff spoke ok English, plenty to get by.

There were some small issues with my key card not working and the elevator went out of order once. However, the staff fixed both quickly.

The facilities are nice, there are some very comfortable pavilions by the outdoor pool that are great for having breakfast

Everything else - which made our stay very disappointing. Some of the most striking disappointments (but by far not the only ones): The receptionist that was on duty wasn’t helpful or welcoming at all, but instead was quite condescending, which set a negative tone from the start. One of our main reasons for choosing this hotel were the sauna and massage services, as advertised on the website. But the receptionist told us there were no massage therapists, without any explanation or apology. The sauna was also not switched on, even though we were assured it always was. When we asked the staff to switch it on, they didn’t, so we had to wait for nearly 2 hours for it to warm up. Since the mixed-gender sauna times are late in the evening, we missed out on a good night‘s rest because by the time the sauna was warm it was midnight. We then tried to have a drink on the terrace, but none of the cocktails or wines on the very large cocktail and wine menu were available. This added to the sense that nothing worked as advertised. The standard rooms were another disappointment. They face a noisy street, several plugs didn’t work, and many lamps had no bulbs. The mattresses were uncomfortable and did not meet the expectations of a “panoramic spa hotel.” The difference in quality compared to the deluxe rooms felt excessive. Worst of all, we felt unwelcome throughout our stay, which made us avoid spending time at the hotel—something that should never be the case at this price point. Only after we voiced our complaints did the staff make an effort to mark a family member’s birthday, and while we appreciated that, it came too late to change the overall impression. Although the facilities and cleanliness were good, the lack of hospitality and poor value for money made this our most disappointing hotel experience in Uzbekistan. We would not recommend this hotel.

The place itself is quite nice, the pool outside is amazing as is the view.

Coming in the beginning of September you should be aware that a lot of the advertised amenities will not be available. SPA was only working in limited mode (which wasnt communicated by the staff), the cinema was closed and the cafe wasnt working the whole stay. The elevator was broken and the hotel had a powerout for several hours which also prevented the use of the fitness room. Generally the staff was not very helpful albeit polite when I asked them whether they have any recommendations in the area. Also, I am aware that this is not a must but if you advertise a room with mountain view and the hotel is basically completely empty, I feel like it would have been great to not get a room with a view on the noisy street. Furthermore, it seems that both me as well as the receptionist forgot that I should pay the stay at the location so when I was on my way back to the train station he called the taxi to make me come back to pay (understandable) which however resulted in me missing my train and getting stuck in the town for another four hours.
