Brettia Guest Rooms

Super little B&B with very response hosts, lots of snacks and breakfast items in the share kitchen, and in a great location for a one night stay as close to the main shopping mall, river and lots of restaurant and bar options.

Our room was at the front so a little noisy with the door open if hot and air conditioner not working sufficiently.

The facility was very comfortable, the host was extremely helpful with instructions and parking, breakfast foods were very generous and included home-baked pastries. Location was good for walking to shopping and eating areas.

As with previous reviews, Brettia Guest Rooms are excellent in every way. What makes it really stand out are all the little extras and above all, the warm welcome and advice from Luigi's father. Communications with Luigi were very good, he offered the help of his father on our arrival. Luigi's father picked us up from the main train station, gave us a tour of Centro Storica, providing advice on places to eat and drink (including the best gelateria in Cosenza) before checking us in and explaining our room and the kitchen facilities. In the kitchen you will also find a selection of delicious cakes and pastries prepared by Luigi's mother. At the end of our stay, Luigi's father gave us a lift back to the train station. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend Brettia Guest Rooms.

Everything about my stay at Brettia Guest Rooms was wonderful. The property is newly renovated with high quality workmanship and fixtures. I came to know Francesco (father of Luigi who was away) very well and he could not of been more any more helpful with respect to helping with parking, local restaurants, il centro storico (old town centre). And Francesca’s homemade cakes and the breakfast were excellent. She was insistent that I take a large portion of cake with me on my departure. The location was great, with respect to being secure, quiet and very close walking distance to restaurants and the old town. I highly recommend Brettia Guest Rooms for anyone staying in the a city of Cosenza.

I wish I could have stayed a few more day!

Wonderful breakfast food, helpful owner , large airy room.

We were at the front and the traffic noise is almost constant, though ear plugs muffle most of it. There are rooms at the back which should be quieter.

It was very clean and the location was great. Host was very welcoming and answered all our questions. He also helped us take the luggage up. Thank you 😊

The property is a traditional Calabrian B&B smack Bank in the centre of Cosenza.
