The room is clean and the water facilities are very good. In addition, the interior of the room is modern and stylish‼ I was impressed by the wide variety of drinks and homemade cakes😍 Fast and polite replies on WhatsApp😂

"Superb"

The room was very modern, well lit and perfectly maintained. The room came with a lot of accessories adding to an overall comfortable experience. The owner is very friendly and keeps proper contact upon arrival and departure, so an excellent location to spend time when in Cosenza.

The property is immaculate and in a perfect location. Luigi is hands down the most accommodating host we’ve ever stayed with. Picking us up from the train. Helping us with the bus schedule to get to neighboring towns. He was so accommodating and communicative. Loved our visit with Brettia. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cosenza.

"Just like at home"

The room is beautiful, very comfortable and really very nice. It has everything you need and all kinds of details that make you feel at home. We arrived a little late and Luigi was waiting for us with a smile, they have been very kind and attentive at all times, and they have adapted to our needs, so we are very grateful to them. Also great to have free parking right in front. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely spotless. The decor is lovely and contemporary and the property is right in the city center. Alessio, our host, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He checked daily how we were and if we needed anything. Breakfast was great, with beautiful cakes made by Alessio’s mother.

Excellent modern comfortable facilities in the well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, and breakfast room. Excellent self-serve breakfast provided including home-made cakes and pastries. Very hospitable, helpful and friendly hosts. Highly recommended!
