Very cosy and comfy, close to Wells shops, nice courtyard garden, great bedrooms.

Close proximity to centre of wells. Good parking . Very clean . Good modern appliances in the kitchen . Bedroom spacious .

Quite dark in the lounge with no natural light which meant that we had to have the lights on when ever we were in the flat .not sure how that could be made better. Only other thing very very lumpy pillows so perhaps they could be replaced .

Great location for town centre about 5 min walk. Very clean and all essential provided. Several different places to eat.

really great location, quiet and only a short walk to the harbour

Good communication and an issue was rectified very quickly

From the moment we arrived I knew we’d made a good choice. The apartment smelt beautiful. All the linens and towels were lovely and the choice off furniture practical and stylish. The little back garden was cute and appreciated by our two little dogs. We loved our walk down to the quay past all the beautiful cottages.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the front

Our second visit here and we will back again. The location is perfect and it’s clean and comfortable, perfect for the dog too

The only negative is that the soundproofing for the flat above isn’t great and we had a few 4am wake ups with stomping feet

milk on arrival for a nice cuppa!
