No sign posting of the property. We had to ask passers by where it was. Helpful locals said often travellers are asking which building it was, and they showed us

Lovely ground floor apartment in beautiful village. Very well equipped - kitchen utensils work, knives sharp etc Good soundproofing from upstairs. Very convenient for north Norfolk coast. Hosts very responsive.

There were no negatives

Well equipped clean & modern apartment with parking for 1 vehicle which is great for Wells. Loved the little courtyard. The beds are super comfortable and it's very useful having 2 bathrooms. Owners are welcoming leaving a small supply of tea/coffee and milk. Also very helpful when we struggled to find the property in the November darkness. Excellent location to all amenities. I would book again and highly recommend Fisherman's Retreat. If there are people staying in the apartment above it can be a bit noisy from heavy footed children running around...
