"Great location very close to the beach!"

The house is nice and very close to the beach, 5 minutes on foot. We were welcomed with tea and cake and that was well appreciated. AC and Wi-Fi work good. Nice people. Breakfast was also good enough.

It does the job for the price you pay.

Villetta con giardino, camera e bagno ampi, a pochi passi da spiaggia e supermercato. Abbiamo lasciato gli zaini oltre il check out per una giornata intera. Comunicazione via whatsapp costante e organizzazione impeccabile del whale watching tour con barca e staff ottimi.

"It was perfect !!"

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it ! Both Asanka and his mum were super lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast made by Asanka’s mum every morning was very tasty. Great location, only 10 mins walk to mirissa centre, beaches etc If you get the chance , book here 😍😍

Cheap, worry-free, nice place The host's mother made good breakfast, and accommodated my request to make it completely plant based (the breakfast was then simpler, but I still appreciated her ability to do so.

"Perfect start to our holiday☀️"

We had a really lovely stay at Asanka's place. He sent us a message before our stay, helped us with everything (an incredibly good whale watching trip, tips for Mirissa, transportation to the next place) and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Her mother made incredibly good breakfasts (pancakes😍), different every morning. The room itself was clean and safe (even when we forgot the key in the door one morning🙈), wifi and air conditioning worked well. The location was great, walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back to Asanka and her family❤️
