What is say the property totally unacceptable There is totally web showing really not there

Trotz der schwierigen Situation durch den Iran-Krieg und vieler Stornierungen waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Heritage Inn Jordan in Ad Dimnah. Die Unterkunft wirkte dadurch teilweise verlassen und der Pool war leider geschlossen. Trotzdem hat sich das Personal sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass extra ein WLAN-Router für uns eingerichtet wurde: für die Jugendlichen war das natürlich eine echte Rettung 😊 Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Am meisten begeistert hat uns allerdings die wunderschöne Aussicht, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt sicherlich modernere Unterkünfte, aber für unseren Aufenthalt war es insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung.

De plek is prachtig! Mooi uitzicht over de natuur en vanaf hier is Wadi Bin Hammad goed te bereiken, wat een fantastische wandeling is.

De foto’s van het zwembad zijn NIET bij dit hotel. Er is GEEN zwembad. In het hoogseizoen kan je tegen betaling ergens verderop gebruik maken van een openbaar zwembad. Dit was in februari echter gesloten. Zwembad is dus niet altijd toegankelijk, kost geld en is niet bij dit hotel. Ook is het niet mogelijk om hier te eten in de avond en het personeel heeft geen informatie over waar wel te eten.

It is cheap. You get what you pay.

High probability the owners exploit the two foreign workers that actually run the place - they work from dawn until late at night, and no other local employee is available to manage the place. Also, there are so many pictures of the pool, but you can't use it because the property owners use it until 20h and no guest can go in... We arrived at the same time as 3 other guests, and everyone was surprised to hear that pool schedule was only from 19h to 23h. At 19h we asked if finally we could go, but then they said the owner had just treated the pool and we couldn't go. This was a lie because there was a local family bathing. They just didn't want male guest because the owner family was using it. It is not honest to put so many pictures of the pool and then to hide that it is not available until after sunset, when it's too cold to bath. It is not honest to then be the pool opening time, and lie to guests . I didn't feel welcome. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Better to use your money to more ethical business around.
