"Absolutely waste of money. Nobody should stay there."

Nothing.

To my astonishment, the toilet was just used before I checked in and tissues and stool in toilet was not flushed. I left within an hour, there were no towels and AC didn’t really work while I was in there. Staff were sleeping. Absolutely disgusting and waste of money, a complete opposite scenario of great Kolkata Hospitality. Totally unacceptable.

Pleasant stay in the hotel, its clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. 1 km near city center is a plus. Would probably visit again

Room sizes are good, rooms have mini bars and also shower cubicles.

I had to go to the room only to see that I’ve to get the sheets changed, because there were several strands of hair on it! I had asked for the TV remote but didn’t get it and the mini bar too was dirty. Considering I paid about Rs 2,500 for it - I would not recommend this place and now realise why it was having such poor ratings.

We really enjoyed the location of the property, but no compliment breakfast & restaurant are slightly far from the location but nice and helpful staffs, very comfortable...
