"Een mooie stad, een mooi appartement."

Een prachtig verbouwd appartementen complex. Met schitterend marmer, overal waar je kijkt. Heel verzorgd.

Wat wij jammer vonden is dat er nauwelijks een buiten zit-plek is. Een piep klein balkonnetje. Dat was het.

"Apartment met all our needs"

We were able to walk to monuments and churches as well as fabulous food and cappuccinos. It was easy to navigate to these places from our apartment. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and relaxing.

The round bed was a surprise, but we didn’t dislike it.

"Enjoyable."

Location is perfect. Amenities are ample and good quality. Has a great kitchen with good amenities. Bathrooms (there were 2) and showers were excellent. All good.

Room size is a bit small but sufficient

Wonderful location and great size, updated apartment. Elevator to penthouse apt. 2 terraces!

This review would be an 11 out of 10 rating if not for one issue…the beautiful, large shower needs mold cleaned where wall meets floor.

"Perfect apartment for a stay in the heart of Bologna."

EVERYTHING! This is an amazing modern apartment right in the centre of Bolgna in a beautiful old building. A few minutes from everything. The furnishings & facilities were great. The washing machine well, used after 2 weeks of travel even had detergent provided. Matteo was so helpful with local tips even down to assisting us with where to go to send a parcel back home. When we let him know the batteries in the TV remote needed replacement (not urgent) he was there the next day to fix it. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again if we visited Bologna. Thanks Matteo.
