The sound. There was constant music in the common rooms Resturants and lobby. We stayed there over 2 weeks and they turned down the music in the restaurant for a bit but still resumed it a few minutes later.

INUSwelcome, ease of check in courteous staff, good food that catered to my special dietary requirements. they met every requirement i had around these 3 points,
poor quality of fruits placed in room, they are spolied, and rotten, bed was what i think had bugs, no cleanliness in the room, carpet had stains, room stinks.
