The front office team was highly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms and public areas to impeccable standards, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of experiencing their high tea, which was an absolute highlight. The selection of teas and snacks was delightful, and the view and ambiance of the lounge were truly exceptional providing a relaxing and luxurious experience. The combination of attentive service, meticulous housekeeping, and a serene, elegant setting made my stay extremely enjoyable and memorable.
