Ozone Private Rooms

The apartment was in a good location which is about the only good thing that can be said.

The rooms were very cold. The heating didn't work. We booked three rooms but one of them was in another apartment and we had no way of knowing this. The owner would not answer the phone and the apartment itself was in disrepair. The floorboards outside the bathroom were rotten, the shower stank, filling the apartment with a sewage smell and the bathroom in the other apartment was no better, with a broken toilet seat. There were not enough towels left out for us. The stair way railings going up to the apartment were broken, and one could easily lean against them and fall three floors to their death. The cleaner would come into the apartment every morning and leave the door open, letting in the cold (it was December), and also would come in with little regard for the guest's privacy. The owner when eventually contacted, over text was rude and did not make any effort whatsoever to meet the guests or see how their stay was going.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la Basilica. Buena opción para visitar Budapest, sin coger transportes. La habitación era grande, bastante cómoda, la decoración muy bonita y todo limpio.

Que no hay ascensor, ya que es un 3º piso

A bonyolult bejutás, előtte értelmetlen regisztráció valami idegen felületen, ami alól pont a Booking felülete adna mentességet. Túlbonyolított a rendszer és kellemetlen a kapuban várakozni cuccokkal, fáradtan csak azért, mert nem egyértelmű, hogy hogyan lehet bejutni. Mindez persze előre fizetésnél. A takarítónő pedig kifejezetten modortalan volt.

Easy check in, surprisingly large room, good cleanliness. Fantastic location. Never had an issue with the bathroom being available. All round we would go back again. Plenty of space to open up your bags, hang your clothes and felt like a hotel room. Couldn’t hear the street or neighbours. Kitchen facilities were quite well equipped, though noting no stove. Felt very safe.

3 flights of stairs to carry our bags up was a bit of an effort and there are a few doors that require a code on the way in, although we understand the lift was out of action. Attachment that holds the shower hose was broken but we managed. Double bed is two single beds pushed together so you can only stay on one side. Heating didn’t turn up until late so we were very cold in the evening waiting for it to turn on. A lot off the mugs were very stained and could do with replacing.

the bathroom was not in the room but it was available for other guests in other rooms as well and i didnt see anything about that
