It was quite clean and very nice location, everything was accessible

They could provide facilities such as toilet paper, shampoo, two towels(instead of one). Also I didnt understand why there were two single beds instead of one double bed. You also need to download external app to check in. They do not answer on Whatsapp. No elevator, so be ready to carry your suitcase up to the 3rd floor

It's great value for money, with a good location and price, but the other rooms are very noisy, with both men and women, and they were still making noise in the early hours of the morning.

This apartment was a complete disappointment and did not match its description at all. Important information was intentionally not mentioned: the kitchen was shared with other units, and the bathroom was also shared, which we only discovered after arriving. The biggest problem was that the apartment had no heating, even though the temperatures in Budapest were extremely low. For two nights we stayed there without any heating and became sick because of the cold. When we contacted the host about the situation, he only replied once claiming that the apartment ‘has heating’, and then completely ignored all our messages and requests for help. This is unacceptable. We paid for a private apartment with proper facilities, but what we received was far below basic standards and unsafe to stay in. Because of the misleading listing, lack of heating, and the host’s refusal to communicate, we are requesting a full refund.
