Very spacious and comfortable apartment..well equipped and good location

Pillows are not comfortable.Shower upstairs is blocked,water goes down to slow.Also cleaners could do little more work.Tv downstairs is not working

Es ist ein wunderschönes und modernes Apartment auf zwei Etagen. Alles ist vorhanden und sauber. Auf beiden Etagen gibt es einen Fernseher mit Smart TV Funktion. Eine super Küche mit aller Ausstattung. Klima auf beiden Etagen vorhanden. Der Kontakt und Zugang zur Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme.

Alles war top.

Overall well equipped flat but the AC did not work over the course of our whole stay (3 nights) which made it impossible to sleep well.

When we arrived we thought that the flat was perfect until we started finding the issues. The location was great.

The flat was not properly cleaned. The ventilator in the kitchen was completly dirty with fat. The bed had a duvet without a cover that was completely yellow. The tv in the first flor was not working. The In addition to that and the worst part of all the AC was not working. The average temperature was almost 30 degrees as the flat has a glass facade. In the building near the flat there is a cat colonie with more than 10 cats. Everytime we opened the window there was a strong smell of cat pee. A place with great potential, but not something I can recommend.

Easy to follow the instructions to check in ourselves. Was a nice lay out of the apartment and very modern!

Location, the videos to get in and the suggestions of host for dining. We had great food!

The guest towels were poor quality , the tv downstairs didn't work and there was only one spare pillowcase for the extra pillow. Also in the UK we have a cover for our duvets as its more hygienic and there wasn't one. Explanation as to recycling would have been helpful as we didn't know the system.

It was very easy to get into the apartment with the instructions provided by the host. The apartment is very well located, walking distance to main tourist attractions and shopping street. The apartment itself is very well equipped, and a nice design and layout. The host has provided recommendations on restaurants, supermarket and etc.

The host asked me to send a picture of passport via whatsapps, I really didn't feel secured. I would prefer to have a website, or an encrypted measure to send personal ID. There are bars near the apartment, sometimes even after midnight, the music can be really loud.
