The proper is always very clean

People smoking right outside the door so you were hit with a cloud of smoke is soon as you walk down to the hotel into the parking lot

The facility is newer and kept up very well

I was unable to check in because the people at the front desk could not find my reservation. The hotels.com customer service representative was unable to resolve the issue with them. I had to make other arrangements on very short notice, which ended up costing me $300 extra. A great disappointment. The hotels.com representative was able to process a full refund for me, which I appreciated.

The clerk was awesome. Recommend a great place to eat 🙌

The price was ok. The location near the airport was good-which was the purpose for being there (a 5am check in for a flight so we decided to get the hotel room rather than get up 2hrs earlier and drive an hour more).

It was a one night stay in an extended stay facility, which meant that it lacked the amenities you'd find in a regular hotel room. Not even bottle of water in the room. The front desk clerk was behind a plexiglass window. Construction workers sat around at the entrances smoking, etc. The room was bare bones, but functional. It had facilities to cook but nothing at all to cook or eat with, if we had wanted to do so.
