ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Madison

Staff was very welcoming. Great price!!

It was difficult because there was no one at the front desk.

The location was surprisingly good because of the Eastpark at Dreamer bus stop being just outside and the Madison buses being good.

The free wifi was a let-down. Only two devices allowed and we were 3 coworkers traveling. You had to renew your login every day and in general it felt a bit predatory with them really wanting you to pay for wifi. Same with things like pans and cutlery, although it didn't really affect us.

New rooms, well kept.

There was no breakfast.

I paid for a dishwasher but did not get one. There was no dishware in the room, which was not advertised. I meant to cook my ow meals but ended up having to eat out, which defeated the purpose.

We enjoyed our stay

The property was very clean was able to check in a little bit early. The rooms were very nice and it was a short distance to camp Randall Stadium to watch the Morgan Wallen concert.

Beds are just ok. Floor above was very noisy.

Awful

Bed was hard like slab of concrete. Pillows were hard like rocks. Pillow cases were very tough. Room was clean and AC worked well. No amenities provided for overnight stay, no facial tissue, only 1 toilet roll, no soap. This is definitely not like a hotel/motel for overnight stay. This is like an apartment stay, will need to buy or bring what you need. Can rent kitchen items but very expensive rent. Must launder your own towels and sheets. Check-in requires many initials and signatures for rules and regs. I felt like a criminal being permitted to stay. I do not recommend this place.
