Green Hill Property

The location was beautiful, pool area was tranquil, the property owner help us arrange a private Chef on one of the evening, it was value for money and the food was exceptional. 12 of us stayed and we did not feel on top of each other there was plenty of space

No so much did not like but you definitely need a car, I do not drink so it did not matter, there are plenty of supermarkets a few local restaurants an lovely places to walk but you do need a car to get to them.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und uns als ganze Familie von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für entspannte Tage braucht. Besonders begeistert haben uns der traumhafte Garten, die Terrasse und der wunderschöne Ausblick. Das gesamte Anwesen ist einfach wunderbar und es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing villa with lots of space

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Green Hill Property and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Marco and Tanja have put a tremendous amount of thought into making this feel like a true home away from home.The property is impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need—from a well-stocked kitchen (really enjoyed the coffee machine) to thoughtful amenities that made our daily routine seamless. It’s rare to find a vacation rental that feels this lived-in and comfortable. Marco and Tanja are truly the standout feature; they are incredibly amazing, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was providing local tips or ensuring we had everything we needed, their hospitality was top-notch. Additionally, the location is perfect. It serves as an ideal base for exploring Lake Maggiore, the Milan area, and the surroundings, as it is close to all the main attractions, charming lakeside towns, and essential local services. We left feeling refreshed thanks to the peace and quiet this place offers and already wishing we could stay longer!

Great location in the countryside. 30 minute walk through the village to the lake. Plenty of space in the house for a large group with almost all rooms having access to their own bathroom. Manager was very friendly.

Could be cleaner, especially the kitchen. I never give 10/10, even when asked to, UNLESS a property truly deserves it.

La casa é davvero molto bella, spaziosa e soprattutto pulita. Ha una vista che da sul lago con dei bellissimi tramonti.

Tutto favoloso ! Abbiamo passato il Natale in questa meravigliosa villa. L’albero di Natale che ci aspettava, così come l’accoglienza calorosa e professionale di Patrizia, sempre disponibile a distanza per qualsiasi domanda. La villa si sviluppa su 3 piani con spazi ampi e confortevoli per un grande gruppo come il nostro. Possibilità di stare tutti insieme o di avere un po’ di tranquillità in una delle varie aree più calme. La villa era pulitissima, arredata in modo caldo e accogliente: si ha veramente l’impressione di essere ‘a casa’. L’immensa cucina è corredata di qualsiasi cosa serva per cucinare. Diversi prodotti di base già presenti, come olio, zucchero, sale, caffè, saponi. Letti comodissimi e stanze ben posizionate per non disturbarsi a vicenda. Ogni camera ha un grande bagno a disposizione, tranne una che condivide un bagno con un’altra camera. Data la stagione fredda, non abbiamo potuto approfittare del giardino, ma nella bella stagione deve essere molto piacevole poter pranzare fuori con la vista sulle montagne e il lago in lontananza o fare un tuffo nella grande piscina. La villa si trova in una zona residenziale, con poche case nei dintorni, quindi molto tranquilla. Infine, la comunicazione con i proprietari prima e durante il nostro soggiorno è stata impeccabile : sempre gentili e veloci nelle risposte. Torneremo!

Beautiful location, quite secluded, great place to relax

There is nothing wrong with the property, we loved it, and would stay there again, but the listing includes some misinformation. The villa is not beachfront, it’s a few miles from the beach, there are no sidewalks or walking paths to the beach and there is not a view of the sea.
