Todo excelente, los anfitriones de lo mejor, nos hicieron sentir como de la familia, Melany, Jesus. El cuarto muy confortable, el desayuno riquisimo, la zona comun preciosa muy bien ambientada y comoda con distintos tes. Excelente relacion calidad precio, muy buena calidad por un buen precio.

I honestly do not think I’ve stayed in a better hotel before. It was so beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could hope for ! The family who run the place are so beautiful, and the breakfast was a real treat. We came here to a acclimatise before our Machu Picchu hike and it was just so surreal having the most amazing view from our bedroom!

Nuestra estadía en Ollantaytambo fue perfecta gracias a este hotel. Teníamos reservada una habitación pequeña y, amablemente, nos ofrecieron una más grande y cómoda sin ningún costo adicional. El lugar es hermoso y muy acogedor, con vistas impresionantes hacia las montañas que hacen la experiencia aún más especial. Además, al día siguiente debíamos salir temprano para tomar el tren a Machu Picchu y tuvieron la gentileza de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar, completo, delicioso y muy nutritivo, que realmente nos salvó la mañana. Un servicio atento, cálido y de excelente calidad. Totalmente recomendado; sin duda volveríamos una y mil veces.

Al principio nos pareció algo alejado, sin embargo, para nada, todo está muy cerca y accesible. Las instalaciones son alucinantes, es un museo, el personal Melani y su pareja super atentos, serviciales y simpáticos. La habitación muy amplia y limpia. Y por terminar, el desayuno espectacular. No es ni americano ni continental, lo llaman INCA y lo preparan en el momento, todo super fresco y exquisito. En resumen, no pongo mas de un 10 porque no lo hay, y sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería 100%

The room was large and very clean, with an exceptionally comfortable and spacious bed. The food was tasty, and for our early departure they prepared a lunch box instead of breakfast, which was a nice touch. The place was well maintained, the bathroom was big and clean, and the view from the property was lovely.

The location isn’t ideal—about a 15-minute walk to the train station via an unlit shortcut or 20–25 minutes by the regular route; it’s around 10 minutes to the city center. The window faced the corridor, which could be uncomfortable in other rooms, though it wasn’t an issue for us since we were at the very end of the hallway. Other than that, everything was fine.
