"Easy to find, lovely little town with pubs and restaurants lovely walks and view and location is on a quiet main road so"

Good value for money, heating and hot water was good and quiet surroundings

Zero signal so Wi-Fi is a must, self catering so could do with some more kitchen utensils

- Can't get a better location if you're there to tackle the Watkin Path up to Snowden - Beds were very comfy - Very helpful and friendly staff - Great cafe in walking distance, and the nearest village is only a 5 min drive away

The location was beautiful and the size of the accommodation was great. The owner addressed any problems we had very quickly which was appreciated.

The property is tired and could do with a bit of tlc. There were spikes coming through the lounge carpet where the lounge and kitchen met, missing tiles in the bathroom and under the cooker. It generally felt a bit damp and uncared for. A little bit of attention to detail and the place would be beautiful.

"Very disappointed with the property not worth the amount paid will not stay there again."

Property smelt damp it was shabby and not very clean. The quilt for the sofa bed had stains on it and no quilt covers .
