Vintage Beach House

For us the vintage Beach House was the Perfect stay . The House is amazing , it is squicky clean, and so original . Close to Metro , Buses, Beach ,Shopping and Restaurants ! Would definitely stay there again . The Owners are lovely and very responsive and Cindy is a gem . Elvira and Brigitte

Location very good, close to the beach, shops. I was on the second floor, staff very kindly took my suitcase up the 2 flights of stairs. Shared kitchen well equipped and fridge shared, each room has compartment to put things

Be aware that it is an old home without a lift so heavy luggage up stairs can be a problem

Owners were very nice and helpful Having a coffee machine in kitchen was great with coffee supplied kitchen had all necessary equipment and nice layout Majestic wooden stairs Very comfortable bed Port supplied in lounge which was great Very central to beach and amenities

No fan or air conditioning in room No mirror in room Unfortunately private bathroom was not in room but down a corridor so made it slightly awkward in the middle of the night! Very noisy unfortunately as the open plan design and wooden stairs carry a lot of noise.

The house itself is so cute, full of character and so homely! Room was nicely spaced, bed was super confortable, bathroom shower had nice pressure and it was all very well cleaned. Location is amazing, less than 5 minutes to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and tram to Porto centre. The best part though, I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming check in, Rui and Wanda made us feel right at home and walked us through the story of the home which changed the experience completely and made all the guests feel at home and comfortable to use the rest of the communal facilities. I loved my stay here and would definitely book again!

Honestly, we absolutely loved everything! It's not a perfect place but its a home away from home.

Es un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Matosinhos. Al lado de la playa y con todos los servicios. Luego la casa esta decorada con muchisimo gusto. Muy recomendable.

En general todo estaba bien.

They were so welcoming. House is spotless and filled with history and family mementoes. Fabulous location. Beautiful bedlinen too.
