Lovely two bedrooms

Large size rooms. Comfortable bed, easy assess to the city center by bus. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Got everything we need for a 2 night stay.

The corridor from the front door to the room has no renovation, it was rough - like an industrial building corridor but inside the room is ok.

The property was phenomenal from inside but from outside it looks like damaged. Once I got to inside of it, i was astonished that how could it be so nice and clean.

There were a lot of flies in the apartment, was so annoying, even we killed a lot of them. I didn’t know where are coming from. We stayed for 3 nights but we didn’t have enough coffee, tea, etc and toiletries weren’t enough at all for 3 nights for 3 people. Walking distance from the center, not far but not close

Good communication from owners. Allowed us an early check-in free of charge as no one in the property directly prior to us. Very spacious. Comfortable and clean. Quiet street. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, flannels and toiletries. Good location with multiple bus routes and quick walk to Haymarket train and tram stop. Home from home. Felt inviting and even though we only stayed for 2 nights, would have been very comfortable here for a longer period.

Great position for exploring Edinburgh.
