Lovely two bedrooms

The accommodation was great for our group of 4. Each room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. Collecting the keys was easy.

Overall, the property was clean but there was quite a lot of dust in the bathroom - this did not affect our stay and would not put me off returning.

Location, not the properties fault entirely, the street had broken glass and very dark after 4pm Bathroom had a constant and strong smell of sick.

The carpets could do with a clean.

The apartment is lovely and if my issue had have been addressed then this would have been a 10 star review .

We experienced 2 issues . First the host had kindly agreed to allow us to drop our bags at 12 which was extremely kind of them however when we arrived to drop bags the key wasn't there and management company advised it would have been at least 1 hour before the attended. Obviously the offer was additional but when traveling with a 74 year old family member the disruption and added unnecessary travel started the trip with some frustration but not overly impacting. we found a bag drop continued with our plans . Edinburgh is beautiful. The main issues and which caused and changed the whole experience is that the front living room window would not close or lock and opened on to a main. Street . It did have a wire window lock which didn't provide reassurance when The window opened on ground level on busy street which was big enough for a person to climb through. On the Sunday night dispite serveral messages to the emergency number and 2 calls diverted and 2 emails no contact. Traveling with 3 females one 74 and child 13 resulted in a very very unsettled night . The issue was not addressed the 2 nites we were there no call returned from owner or letting agent . 20min on hold for booking.com to be cut off then another 20mins before speaking with a very helpful and lovely girl who again tired to contact property management with no success. This was very disappointing because the accommodation in itself is absolutely ideal and I would recommend and return if the issue with the window was resolved . The location is so handy the apartment is of high stand very clean , high standard in all ways bedrooms spacious beds comfy good quality bedding. Feedback is to alert hosts to address the issue and prevent from effecting other bookings.

Once you were inside it was lovely spacious clean, fully equipped. Good location for the airport and Prince street.

The hallway was awful and I must admit I was worried about going into the apartment. Stone floors peeling paint, cold and not very well lit especially at night However totally lovely once you were inside.

Lovely and warm, beds where very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed ,

House was in a perfect location to trams, buses and the city centre
