Valletta's Charming Loft Accommodation

Dobra lokalizacja. Ciekawe zagospodarowanie przestrzeni (mieszkanie na trzech poziomach - łazienka i sypialnia w piwnicy, kuchnia na parterze, salon na antresoli). Możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania się (o 13:00 zamiast o 11:00).

Właścicielka (Petra) wysłała błędny kod PIN do skrytki na klucze. Na szczęście udało się z nią skontaktować w trakcie zameldowania i otrzymaliśmy natychmiast poprawny PIN. W opisie oferty wskazano, że w mieszkaniu będzie suszarka do włosów. Na miejscu okazało się, że jej nie ma. Poinformowaliśmy o tym właścicielkę. Stwierdziła tylko, że suszarka jest niedostępna. Nawet nie przeprosiła. Dwa dni później zaproponowała, że przyniesie nam suszarkę, jednak finalnie tego nie zrobiła. Nie odpowiedziała nawet na naszą wiadomość. Właścicielka zachowała się niepoważnie i nieprofesjonalnie. Brak drzwi między łazienką a sypialnią (wisi jedynie kotara). Brak szafki w łazience, na której można by postawić kosmetyki.

La posizione

La stanza da letto essendo sotto strada c'è molta umidità. Considera che durante il mio periodo il tempo non pioveva. Stare tutta la notte col deumidificatore acceso e il purificatore d'aria per mascherare l'odore di umido è fastidioso.

Location was good. Valletta is a small place, so everything was near Unique style.

Hot water tank was too small for two people, almost too small for one person. No hairdryer. No microwave oven. Mold in the bathroom, bad smell. No soundproofing. Lot of noise from the street. I got check in messages via booking few days earlier. There was key box code and location. The code was wrong and the owner had sent the right code and right key box location via SMS messages one hour before our arrival, but I didn't get those messages at all. It was difficult to reach the owner. Maybe It was technical issue, but she didnt't believe that I havent't got messages and tried to reach her. The front door was really difficult to open and took lot of time every time. It was traditional maltenese door and I asked help from the owner but she didn't answer at first. At day three I finally got instructions how to open the door. I have open quite few doors in my life but this was the most difficult one. :) Before check out time, the owner asked if we could leave our stuff in one place, so the cleaner could start earlier.

Art stilusu, bohem kedves

A nedves pincehelyiségben volt az ágy. Az egész lakásban massziv doh szag van.Minden elektromos berendezés arra volt beállitva , h kevesebb legyen a páratartalom, de pl hajszáritót nem találtunk.Az emeleti nappali kihasználatlan és a hatslmas konyhaterület is felesleges egy turistának aki nem a főzéssel tölti a napjait.

Η πέτρα ήταν απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη και κατάφερε να ικανοποιήσει το αίτημα μας για check in νωρίτερα. Καλή τοποθεσία και όμορφα διακοσμημένο loft

Υστερεί στην καθαριότητα. Υπάρχουν αράχνες και διάφορα έντομα στο υπνοδωμάτιο και το κρεβάτι χρειάζεται άμεσα καινούργιο στρώμα

La ubicación es muy buena

A very charming, cozy house in Valetta. You have everything you need for a lovely stay for a few days. Everything that Valetta has to offer is all within walking distance. The hosts were very kind and very helpful with any questions that I had.

Just one very minor things to note. The electronic lockbox for the keys is battery powered. The battery needed to be charged. I had to use my portable power bank to power it when checking out, so that I could leave the keys in the box. Minor issue but just be aware.
