EASYSTAY BARI Rooms

I've travelled extensively and I've seen a lot of accomodations. This has been one of the best! It's about 20mn away by foot from the train station (there are buses a few min away too), 3mn away from a supermarket, bakery, cafés, restaurants.. in a neighboorhood that feels perfectly safe to the solo traveller - and the walk to and from the station is perfectly fine in the dark (it was still early but nowhere seemed even remotely problematic) You get extremely detailed instructions by whatsapp - check-in, using the washing machine, trash... and the owner checks on you by whatsapp to make sure everything is ok. The flat has an electronic door lock with a code and each room has its own regular key. Everything is new in the flat and, unlike most new tourist accomodations I've been too, everything seems built to last - not just to be shiny for a bit then slowly fall into disrepair within 3 years of existence. The flat is furnished with everything you could possibly need - stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, hair dryer, a large fridge and freezer, many types of glasses, plates.... Internet is fast and works flawlessly. Two rooms have their own balcony (kinda shared but with a limitation in between) overlooking the street and the other 2 get the covered balcony. Yes it's a shared flat - but rooms are big and comfy, and there's one bathroom+toilet, as well as a separate shower and a separate toilet on the covered balcony (very useful is someone takes too long in the combined bahthroom!) It's also been cleaned every day of the four I was there, even when one day there was no one leaving/coming in and I was alone in the flat. Everything is spotless. You can also leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out I'm naturally suspicious and the description and pics looked too good to be true but I thought I'd still give it a try. It was everything it said and more.

La pulizia. La possibilità del ceck in anticipato (ceck in alle h 15 è davvero tardi). La possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il ceck out. Aver accolto la mia richiesta per il bagno ad uso esclusivo (che però è fuori dalla stanza).

Credo sia importante, da parte del gestore ed anche da parte di Booking, mettere in rilevo che: - la struttura è al quarto piano senza ascensore - il bagno, seppur ad uso esclusivo su richiesta diretta, è fuori dalla stanza. Queste cose non sono chiare nella descrizione. Non c’è il comodino. Non c’è un posto dove poggiare la valigia. È davvero lontano dal centro. 11/10/2025 Gentile Staff Easystay, vi ringrazio per la risposta e desidero precisare alcuni punti. Utilizzando il filtro “bagno privato” su Booking, la vostra struttura compare tra i risultati e, anche nella descrizione della camera, non è chiaramente indicato che il bagno sia esterno e condiviso. Non si tratta quindi di un fraintendimento individuale: anche altre recensioni lo segnalano, segno che una maggiore chiarezza aiuterebbe i futuri ospiti. Riguardo al check-in, le 15:00 non rappresentano uno “standard universale”, ma una vostra scelta gestionale legittima, che può però risultare un po’ tarda. La mia non era una lamentela, ma una recensione: parte naturale del rapporto tra struttura e ospiti. Infine, i numerosi messaggi ricevuti dopo la pubblicazione della recensione non sono stati un approccio sereno. Non è sempre facile, ma credo sia importante saper accettare anche feedback non totalmente entusiastici. Auguro il meglio per la vostra attività.

Buona posizione

4 piano senza ascensore, bagno in veranda non riscaldato condiviso con camera accanto, ambiente water e doccia divisi su un balcone coperto da vetrate: poco comodo molto freddo. Camere non insonorizzate si sentono perfettamente le camere vicine. Lampada con luce soffusa ma non luce sullo specchio, nessuna coperta o cuscino aggiuntivo, nessuna scrivania dove poter lavorare o scrivere.

Mi è piaciuto che il posto era molto pulito e ben organizzato.

Non c’è nulla di particolare che non mi sia piaciuto.

La cocina era amplia y todo estaba limpio cada día, la habitación también era amplia .

Tiszta volt.

Nem volt mindig meleg víz.

Atrašanās vieta laba, 20 minūšu attālumā no Bari centrale. Netālu lielisks augļu un dārzeņu tirgus. Ļoti tīras telpas. Reģistrēšanās jebkurā diennakts laikā. Ātra komunikācija ar īpašnieku. Virtuve ļoti ērta, bet noderētu vēl viens galds.

Vāja skaņas izolācija, dzirdami visi trokšņi, tajā skaitā arī čīkstošas durvis. Rezervējot nav skaidri norādīts, ka būs koplietošanas vannas istaba! Apartamenti atrodas 4. stāvā bez lifta.
