Waterfront, Ethihad stadium apartments

The whole experience of staying at Waterfront was amazing. We would have no doubts in booking here again. Everything you need for a perfect overnight stay. Thank you very much. 😊

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Stated that toilet paper and toiletries supplied but all that was there was a small bit left on a roll and a third of a bottle of shower gel and some hand wash.Would also suggest they bin the toilet mat as had seen better days may have been clean but was so worn out it didn’t look it .

Great location, across the road from where we had planned to go, so proper bonus. Secure parking, everything you needed. Great views, free WiFi and the balcony was a bonus too

Very minor thing, using the keypad to enter the building, some of the digits are sticking so bad to press down on the numbers and also took us a while to figure out how to enter the code.

Very good location, especially if at a concert at co op or going to a man city match. Very spacious, had most stuff that you would need for a short stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Waterfront apartments near Etihad Stadium! The location was perfect — right next to the stadium with stunning views, making it ideal for sports fans or anyone looking to explore the area. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The living area was bright and welcoming, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything about the apartment exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Manchester. We’ll definitely be back!

The only small downside was the bathroom, which felt a little dated compared to the rest of the apartment. However, this didn’t detract from our overall experience at all.

The apartment was just great, modern and spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a one night stay for a concert at the Co op live arena, we were very pleased with everything and will definitely stay again in the future. The host was excellent, great communication to help us with any queries we had. Thanks for a great stay.

I like the size of the bed

All plates, spoons, and cups were very dirty, there was no microwave plastic lid, cooking pot was very bad also there were no curtains fitted in one of the bedrooms. It's broken, but they never bothered fixing it.

We didn’t stay as there was an issue but communication from the host was amazing and without them we wouldn’t have been able to sort out alternative accommodation. They went out of their way to help us which meant we still got sorted for our show. This was the host and not booking.com

There was such a lot of room. All clean and tidy. Great location for Co Op live and all very secure. Had a great stay.
