"Dirty and unsafe AVOID!"

No parking permit was provided despite it being advertised as having one, so no place to park vehicle securely. No key was available to us to use for hours after checkin! The owner let the previous guest come into the property again after we checked in!! Felt unsafe, the security chain on the door is broken. Oven filthy and so dirty it was unusable, kitchen sponge was very dirty and clearly not new or hygienic! Bathroom mouldy and unclean. Mat not clean. Curtain pole in town room fell straight down and had clearly been poorly maintained. Host unhelpful, did not rectify issues. AVOID there are some lovely places to stay….sadly this is not one of them.

A lovely apartment with a lovely host. We had everything we needed! Great location, comfy beds, very clean and communication from the host was fantastic. Will definitely stay again :)

"Brilliant location with free secured parking"

Contact was very helpful. Lovely comfortable safe and secure gated Airbnb type property with all facilities, air fryer, hob, oven, microwave, coffee/hot chocolate machine, cereals etc. Excellent location for the Co-Op Arena and Etihad Stadium (you can see them from the balcony), retail park with Asda and McDonalds all just across the road, close by is a friendly pub - Mary Ds Bar 8 mins walk away, bear in mind it is a local Manchester City pub.

"Perfect for stadium"

The location was perfect for the Ethiad stadium. My son sat out on the balcony just looking at it for ages. The beds were comfy and it was nice and warm. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment that we needed to make meals. The coffee machine was a lovely extra and me and my daughter enjoyed our nightly hot chocolate from it. Speedy replies from the host and check in details beforehand made our mini trip away run smoothly. We have already planned to return later in the year. Highly recommend.
