the bathroom needs renovation, the water stands after bathing and it stinks very much. 5 people can't take a bath one by one because the whole bathroom is running, so you have to wait. other things ok

Apartment was bright and very clean, in the nice neighborhood. Allessia is lovely host. I highly recommend 👌

Conveniently located and spacious.

The property has potential but we unfortunately did not enjoy our stay. The entrance courtyard and the rest of the building are in complete disrepair and appear to be abandoned. The property itself has very obvious problems with moisture and dampness on the walls. While the apartment seemed clean, the very stern wsrmings from the hosts about leaving bargage overnight and the fact that a loaf of bread that we bought was eaten by ants during one day suggests that there are plague problems. Communication from the staff was dry and the tone made us feel unwelcome.

great location in the heart of Catania’s historic area. The inside was redone beautifully.

The double windows were very good for keeping out regular street noise. Both nights we stayed there was some very loud noise - one event nearby with loud music and the other night some happy young people loudly singing. Nothing out of the ordinary for a central city area.
