The rooms were clean and the butler was friendly and very helpful

The property was overbooked on that weekend and we made our booking 3 weeks prior but there was no communication from management to let us know of issues. When we arrived preference was given to a group of government employees and we were told to go elsewhere, only on resistance did we finally get two rooms which we were forced to pay cash for and pay rates that were different from the bookings.com ones. Overall unpleasant experience
