The facilities are good. The restaurant meals are to die for. They serve marvellous pudi (goat) meat.

The Wifi was not working

1. Aircon was old and made a noise and then stopped working. 2. Coffee in room was ricoffy sachets. That's not coffee. 3. Breakfast was suppose to be ready at 6:30 as mentioned but. was only ready at 7. I was late for my appointment. 4. Breakfast is an absolute joke. Tablespoon of scrambled egg and I was not allowed to dish myself. I asked for more, and the server said no, you can not have more. 5. Breakfast options are poor. No bacon, sausages. Only viennas. You are advertised as a 4 star establishment yet you deserve maybe 2 stars. Up your game. Your property is beautiful but your staff are letting you down. Do proper preventative maintenance and work on better breakfasts and please stick to times as people have appointments to attend too. Punctuality should also be key in any establishment.
