The friendly staff

The breakfast was finished when i went to eat, the chef collected some from somewhere else and it looked like leftovers. the facility must prepare enough food for all the guests, we can have the early bird situation in a hotel or guest house because we went there for different reasons why should i wake up early and rush for breakfast cos I'm scared that the time i will go there, i may find nothing?

the breakfast was lovely and the restaurant area was nice and neat and the place was quite.

the staff at reception aren't very helpful or hospitable the ladies working on xmas day literally speak about u as if u are not there with them and they give you these SMIRKY looks when u ask for things. there were trash bags in front of our room so our entire stay we dealt with flies from the pile of rubbish that was outside our room, we also didn't have seats on the couch when we arrived and had to get mismatched sofas just sop we could seat and eat.

The room requires a renovation and a deep cleaning, as there is a strong odor. The shower head needs to be replaced, there is mold in the shower, and it is impossible to regulate the shower temperature. The price per night does not reflect the value of the accommodations provided
