Garden Side Tbilisi

Everything was good. The room was clean and quiet. The owner and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. I can strongly recommend Garden side. Thank you for a good stay!

The location is very close to the center City.

The property does not match the spirit of a guesthouse. Payment was demanded immediately next day of check-in despite their booking.com policy saying no prepayment. When I asked for a receipt for my payment (needed for tax purposes), the host promised to give it the next day but never did. This left me without proof of payment. The host constantly instructed me to lock multiple heavy doors (main entrance, floor door, apartment door) and even shouted at me once when I forgot. If locking is so important, they should install automatic locks instead of making guests responsible. During my 7-day stay, no one offered to change sheets or check if I needed anything. The host seemed focused only on money, not hospitality. On another occasion, while I was listening to quiet music on the balcony, the host sat nearby in the kitchen to make a phone call and ordered me to turn off my music. Overall, I felt more like I was being monitored in someone’s private apartment than being welcomed as a guest. It felt restrictive, not relaxing. This is not the right place if you want freedom and comfort.

This is by far the cleanest place I've ever rented... The location is great! And the host is very friendly and helpful
