"Excellent Hospitality"

Room is clean and tidy. The place is located at the center of Tbilisi (nearby Parliament building), hence, it is easily accessible to anywhere via the city itself. Not to mention that the house owner is so kind and helpful. Such a warm gesture from them. I felt welcomed.

"Amazing apartment right in the centre"

Lovely property right in the centre of Tbilisi. Short walk to the old town. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. The apartment is shared with the owners so you will have to be okay with bumping into them in the shared areas however they are a lovely couple so welcoming. This was not an issue for us.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi. Near to everywhere you want to go. The couple that hosted this place made us feel like we're home. Very accommodating and very welcoming. It was a 10/10 for everything. ❤️❤️❤️

"Very pleasant stay in clean & comfortable accommodation close to all amenities & tourist attractions"

Excellent location close to a park & Freedom Square. Easy access to Freedom Square metro station & many of the main bus routes, including the one from the airport. The accommodation is clean & well furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen that is available for guests to use. The property overlooks a pleasant park. The hosts are very friendly & helpful.

"Not bad for a few nights for undemanding travelers"

Great location, clean rooms, there is everything you need - air conditioner, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, kettle, etc.

The check-in process did not go very smoothly, the owners were busy with their own affairs, we had to wait a little. The owners live in the same apartment in a separate room, be prepared that you will have to interact with them :) There was a constant smell of cigarettes in the common rooms and kitchen, and it was very noticeable in our room. If someone is talking in the kitchen or on the balcony in the evening, it can be heard clearly in the rooms. Payment is CASH ONLY - be ready for this.

Location is perfect, right in the city center. The hosts are the example of Georgian hospitality. I'd definitely will stay there again.

Everything was great, just keep in mind that you will need to communicate with the host before arriving.
