"My worst experience"

It was horrible.2 hours before we arrived we called skyline for direction ,the lady informed us that they were fully booked they didn't inform us on time I booked 1week prior they moved us to another guest house which was horrible..no air condition, sharing bathroom and the house was not clean...when we complain the lady we called was very rude I rate them 0/100
