No hot water to shower. Cockroaches in fridge and bathroom. No proper floor mats. Staff did not know I was booked to stay over. Had to ask for toilet paper and no coffee in the room. No hangers to hang clothes and the cupboard was broken. No nightstand to put keys or water. No place to charge cellphone by your bed. No desk to work at had to sit on bed with my laptop. No soap and hand dry towel in bathroom. No seating outside
