The rooms were clean

We stayed in the dark for hours during power cuts, and the host did not hv alternative lighting even a candle.We ended up sleeping due to no lights.No hair drier..mirror ,iron or cupboards in the room we slept in...There was a scary looking whole on the shower...the door did not lock The reception area and the curtains thereof were dirty...

"It's a 1hr room service not a bnb."

That place is not a bnb, even on their gate it's written 2hrs room service. I booked on 10 April to check in on 11th at 16h00 and I arrived late at 19h00. On arrival our room was still on service. We had to wait for people to finish and they clean so we can get it.

It's a 2hrs room service not a bnb as they registered it on Booking.com. I regret ever been there. Yhoooo. Our had only 1 towel for 2 Guests to share. No toilet paper on toilet. Gate was opened the whole nite.
