Very disappointing experience. The photos on Booking.com are misleading and look completely different from the actual property. The room and washroom were not clean and did not match the beautiful pictures shown online. Please update the photos to reflect the real condition.

What I did not like most was the behavior of the main staff member. His attitude was not good, and he behaved like a boss rather than treating guests politely and respectfully. Customer service should be more friendly and welcoming.
