Stunning location with rooftop views of the sunset. Despite not having a restaurant the staff cooked the food I had brought with me. Perfect room which was spacious and again had an excellent view. All staff very friendly - completely faultless.

Amazing calm and relax

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and ocean-view rooms made our stay so perfect.

So overpriced for what’s offered. It is not near the port but there is no shuttle, you’d have to count on Teshima’s bus service or only taxi. There are only stairs at the property, no lifts or ramps which seems crazy since everyone has luggage, even if they have perfect mobility. There is a cafeteria with occasional service and packaged foods you can buy and microwave. Limited staffing means they didn’t answer my email query sent a day ahead about storing luggage in advance until an hour before checkin so that was useless. We couldn’t get the drains to close so couldn’t even take an onsen bath in our room. We were mystified as to what this property is designed for; it’s set up like a holiday camp for school groups but priced like a luxury hotel that might actually offer services and convenience or anything to justify its price. Never again.
