the radiators is work and the shower is good too. we feel warm and comfortable.

wifi signal is not strong

No battery in the remote for the bathroom TV and a smoke alarm bleeping constantly. Notice from other reviews this has been mentioned before so even more disappointing that it is clearly just being ignored. Furniture and beds seem to be crammed into every room with no real purpose. Whilst there is a lot of space expensive for the quality of the furnishings which is fairly basic, felt like it needed a clean and the attention to detail to fix issues mentioned

Very easy comms, check in process, location and comfort

The smoke alarm was beeping all day/nighty as the battery was obviously low and needed changing but was too high on ceiling for us to change

Spacious, quick taxi ride to piece hall/centre. Parking for car. Comfortable bed, towels provided, quiet location. Temperature was just right. All amenities you could need.

Visible debris around the place- needed a hoover, no toilet roll provided, no battery for bath tv remote.

Good private parking for 2 vehicles, but access was tight if large cars. Beds were comfy, clean towels.

No mirrors, not even in the bathroom! There was no furniture in the bedrooms, just the beds. We had to keep everything on the floor. Let down by cleaners, toothpaste in sink, stairs needed hoovering. No dish cloths in the kitchen, nothing to dry dishes. We managed as only there for one night but lacking if you were staying longer. Strange that lights were on sensors, hallway lights on and off all night. Anyone with mobility issues would really struggle with all the steep narrow stairs. It seems there was more focus on large screen TVs and a jacuzzi bath than the necessities.
