Luxury 3-Bed House-Jaquzzi Bath-Private Parking- suitable for contractors

Loved the basement room, it was nice to have a quiet room to study.

The light in the lounge was on a sensor which you cannot override and turn off. You cannot enjoy watching the television with the lights on all the time, the light would turn off after a few minutes if you remained still, but comes on again with the sensor if you moved slightly, this was incredibly annoying.

Everything. We booked property for 2 nights. My daughter is allergic to mold and she had very bad asthma attack within few hours. When we tried to contact owner to make some amendments as we cannot stay where it can cause health issue. he refused to even consider our sutuation. When we discuss it with booking.com they agrred with us. overall zero customer service. Owner was very rude. He used all the lame excuses to keep our full deposit even though we left house as it is. First he said he cannot find 2 TV remotes than we gave him exact location, which he found after the information we gave. Then he came back and said he is not going to return deposit as one of the remote is still missing. We felt it was totally unreasonable as we left everything in the same condition. He is not willing to negotiate as we offer to buy remote and return rest of the deposit. We had very bad experience. We will never recommend this property to anyone due to the unfair and rude behaviour of this owner.

The location was close to where we needed to be.

The customer service was terrible from start to finish.
