L'host è stato accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarci in qualunque necessità. La struttura è pulitissima, arredata con gusto. Un posto dove ci si sente a casa. Raggiungibile facilmente anche con i mezzi pubblici dalla stazione.Sulla strada principale, infatti, c'è la fermata del bus, oltre agli accessi al mare.

"Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Übernachtung in Pescara - Empfehlenswert !!!"

Das Frühstück wurde in einem nahegelegenen Café eingenommen - War ok ! - Das Zimmer war modern, elegant, sauber ruhig, gut klimatisiert bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur... Alles top. !!!!!

Nach über 100en Kilometer fahrt sind wir sofort am Strand ins Meer schwimmen und setzten uns auf unser Handtuch. Wir saßen kaum, als ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter der Liegestuhlvermietung ankam und uns klar machte, dass wir den auf den Liegestühlen liegenden die Sicht versperren oder wir einfach da nicht hingehören, sondern weiter unten am Strand sitzen sollten.... - Das man sich hierüber so aufregt und so mit Neuankömmlingen umgeht, hätten wir nicht gedacht. Dieser Strandabschnitt in Pescara wird uns niemehr sehen...

Un apartament foarte frumos, decorat cu gust, cu baia foarte mare si luminoasa; totul nou si foarte curat. In putine locuri m-am simțit atat de bine; in plus, proprietarul extrem de amabil. Daca voi reveni in Pescara, cu siguranță voi rezerva din nou aici

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult șederea aici. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, confortabil și dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Condițiile au fost excelente, exact ca în descriere. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă, amabilă și mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare. Atmosfera a fost plăcută și primitoare, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă. Recomand cu drag această locație și cu siguranță aș reveni!

Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort, es fehlt an nichts. Tägliche Reinigung, sehr guter Gastgeber. Strandnähe super und viele Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen
