LTThe place is new
It's a bit far from the city center. The hotel is new, but some things just don't make sense and could be improved, shower isn't great and the bathroom door doesn't close. They provide tours, but you can get it cheaper in the city as they charge you extra.

GBSanta Cecilia was comfortable and quiet in a great location. Lovely walk into town, lovely to get back to! Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We did a trip from the hotel with Alberto that was one of our best days out!

CAIt's a very clean hotel with friendly staff. The main hostess who seemed to be the manager, was very helpful and spoke very decent English. The bed was comfortable and clean. They have big water distributers all around the hotel so you can refill your bottles. It's located a good 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main downtown area, which we appreciated because it's removed from the noise and busy streets. The walk is a straight line and filled with pretty murals.
The shower pressure was abysmal and very hard to get hot. I don't know if it's just this hotel or it's a common thing in the city. The air is very dry and the city gets very little rain so that might play into it. Also, the taxi colectivo that runs from the airport does not make it to that location so they hailed another taxi for us to make the final distance. It's walkable if you don't carry to much luggage.
USGBUSCAI enjoyed my stay so much I extended a few nights. The staff are incredibly kind, my room was very clean and cozy, and I enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood. The wifi was good and suitable to take a work call from my room.
